Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.).

A signature will be required for orders over $500. Orders will not be left at your door. If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the shipper’s office within the pick-up window to avoid your order being returned to Lysa Lash Furs.

Lysa Lash Furs, truly wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your purchase when it is presented in saleable condition within 7 days from the date you received your order.

 

RETURNS

Please make sure your items are returned unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged. Orders must be returned from Canada or from the same country they were originally shipped to. Kindly note that items must be returned in the original Lysa Lash Furs packaging, including any boxes, hangers and garment bags.

Final Sale items will have a noted "Item is Not Eligible For Return" on the product page. Items from the listed categories below are considered to be “ Final Sale” and are not eligible for return. Items purchased from Sale are also not eligible for return or exchange.
